Delivery Information

*** Important - Shipping to Northern Ireland and EU countries***

Due to the implementation of new EU regulations from December 13th 2024, we have suspended shipping to the Northern Ireland and all EU Countries. We do hope that this situation will change and we will advise customers as soon as we have a practical solution. If you live in one of these Countries and you are a full time professional manufacturer of Jewellery, please contact us and we may be able to supply you. 

We will always endeavour to deliver your order as soon as we can. If the content of your order are in stock, we aim to ship within one working day. If items are on pre-order, we will inform you of the likely shipping time. We do have deliveries form most suppliers at least once every two weeks. If you do request part-shipment, we are afraid we may ask for additional shipping costs.

We normally ship by UPS in the UK for orders over 2Kg in weight and Royal Mail Tracked service for orders under 2Kg. For overseas orders, we will charge shipping at cost, but will inform you of the cost when we ask for payment.

You can choose to have your own courier collect from our warehouse. Please note, we will not use a drop-off service.
